NYLD BOOKING, PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

PAYMENT

Due date for payment is the 20th of the following month (as per the date on the invoice). Additional tickets can be purchased at any time subject to availability. Please note, many events sell out so we suggest you book early. Payment can be made on receipt of tax invoice.

If your payment due date is after the event date, payment will not be due until the date specified.

Seats will be secured when payment is made in full.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation of tickets must be made before 5pm, seven (7) days before the event day and received in writing via email only.  No refunds can be given within seven (7) days of the event due to our commitments to suppliers.

In the event that NYLD is cancelled and rescheduled, there’s nothing you need to do. Your booking will automatically be transferred to the new event date and you will receive confirmation of this.

In the event that NYLD is cancelled and not rescheduled, we will get in touch with you directly.

EARLY BIRD PRICING

An Early Bird Discount of $5 off per ticket (student tickets only) closes on 27 March 2025 (5:00pm). To qualify for this the booking form must be received before that date. This will be strictly enforced.

CHANGES TO BOOKING

Changes to booking numbers must be received in writing, via email to schools@nyldnz.org

Phone bookings and changes will not be taken. Additional tickets can be purchased at any time subject to availability.

SEATING

Seating is by general admission for all events. Please advise well in advance if you are bringing participants with special seating needs. Availability of such seating is dependent on the venue. NYLD is unable to guarantee that special seating requirements can be met, but will make every reasonable endeavour to accommodate these requests.

DISCLAIMER

Highlights of the events will be captured in both photographs and videos. NYLD reserve the right to use this material for commercial purposes in print, electronic and social media unless consent is explicitly denied by the individual concerned, their legal guardian, or their school.
